Our rehab workouts are unique. They are scientifically designed with the added focus on teaching you the correct technique building strength in areas you need it the most. Rehabilitation can be intense and often requires mental effort.

3 x 45 minute works weekly.

12 week programme

LEVEL

We start from the beginning.  Level 1 - 12 week programme. Once you have completed level 1, you can then progress to level 2. Level 2 - 12 week programme

 

You made it this far, let’s keep going. Level 3 - 12 week programme.

 

No equipment is needed to start - choose workouts with or without weights and other exercise equipment
