Your First Visit

Your musculoskeletal therapist will carry out an initial health assessment (medical history), posture analysis (muscle length, muscle tone and muscle strength) and case history. This information is vital to ensure that safe and appropriate treatment is administered and so that you will gain maximum benefit from each session.
 
It may be at this point that your therapist feels that further investigation is required (perhaps from another colleague or a medical practitioner) and will act accordingly to make sure that your case is seen through to the next stage of treatment.
 
Once this assessment is complete, your therapist will discuss their findings and agree a treatment plan with you.
 
Please remember to bring appropriate clothing for your treatment/ assessment. Gents: Shorts (not board)
